What is Finca Maria de la Luz
Finca Maria de la Luz is a beautiful estate located in the heart of an avocado farm in Mijas, on the Costa del sol, in Spain. The property spans 14 hectares and includes three villas to rent with private pool. In addition to having holiday homes, we host events, retreats, and incentives.
Our villas are nestled among the avocado trees and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, and the sea. The property is a short drive from the beaches and is close to many popular tourist attractions.
Finca Maria de la Luz was founded in 2013 with the goal of providing our guests with a unique and unforgettable experience. We pride ourselves on our hospitality and commitment to providing our guests with the best possible experience.
Although our main activity is our villas, Finca Maria de la Luz also has a working avocado farm with some olive, carob, citrus, and fruit trees, some of which are centuries old.
Thanks to this secondary activity, we were able to create wonderful gardens and ponds which have developed their own ecosystem. Throughout the stunning gardens and promenades, you will hear the frogs croaking, the crickets and birds singing, the dragonflies and bees buzzing. Amongst our trees, you will enjoy our palm grove, a beautiful sight to behold consisting of 250 trees.

The Estate
Conveniently located between Malaga and Marbella; our villas are far enough from each other to enjoy privacy, but close enough to be rented together for large groups.
Our holiday homes are only a 5 minutes drive from the charming white village of Mijas and a 10 minutes drive from the beach.
Surrounded by the avocado farm and century old trees, these villas are in a peaceful environment.
